About the Author

Charlotte Haigh is a graduate student at California State University, Long Beach, where she is earning her Master’s of Science in Counseling. She plans to become a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) with a special focus on working with members of underserved cultures in the United States and abroad. This blog chronicles Charlotte’s journey to assess the mental health landscape in the developing world (and, admittedly, to have a few adventures along the way).
